Welcome to learnarcs, the continuing education hub with stackable tracks at learnarcs.site. These terms of service are effective from January 1, 2025.

1. Overview

learnarcs provides a range of educational services, digital learning materials, and select branded goods. By accessing or using any offerings on learnarcs.site, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

Services include live webinars, virtual classrooms, mentorship sessions, and workshop series. Scheduling details are provided during registration. We reserve the right to modify or cancel sessions with advance notice.

3. Digital Learning Materials

Digital products include online courses, downloadable guides, and video libraries. Access is granted upon full confirmation of purchase.

4. Branded Goods

Physical items such as branded apparel or printed manuals are shipped to the address you provide.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Services

Requests to reschedule a service should be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Approved rescheduling requests will be honored at no extra charge. Cancellations made more than 7 days before a session qualify for a full refund. Cancellations between 3 and 7 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, or failure to attend without notice, are not eligible for a refund due to preparation and seat allocation requirements.

5.2 Digital Learning Materials

Purchases of digital learning materials may be refunded within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided no course content has been accessed or downloaded. Once access is granted or downloads occur, materials are non-refundable. Approved refund requests are processed within 14 days of confirmation.

5.3 Branded Goods

Branded goods may be sent back within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping back is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the sent-back items. Items sent back after this period are not eligible for a refund.

6. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, learnarcs and its partners are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services or products.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
